Process & HSE

The Process department provides fully integrated process systems engineering by use of state of the art simulation packages, in-house developed high end calculation programs to handle activities like:

• Conceptual and feasibility studies
• Basic design and simulations on Aspen, Hysys, Pro-II
• Steady and transient simulations
• Thermal design – HTRI, HTFS
• Preparation of process packages. FEED/BDP/BEP
• Residual / detailed engineering (equipment sizing, specification, design, drawing)
• Pre-bid engineering / FEED verification

The department also has capabilities related to health and safety of the concerned property, people and environment like:

• Vent dispersion and flare radiation analysis
• Safety concept and plans
• Fire and explosion risk analysis.
• Safety reports
• QRA (quantitative risk analysis) and EERA (escape, evacuation and rescue analysis)
• Risk analysis and environmental impact assessment reports
