• Development of plot plan, key plan, equipment layouts
• Piping studies
• Preparation of piping general arrangement drawings
• Preparation of piping material, insulation and painting specifications
• Nozzle orientation drawings
• 3D modeling using PDMS/PDS
• Pipe support engineering including special supports preparation
• Preparation of isometric drawings
• Material take-off’s
• Piping flexibility analysis including dynamic analysis, seismic analysis, flange leakage
• Preparation of hydrostatic test packages
• Steam tracing and steam jacketing drawings
• Material Requisition (Piping items)
• Technical Bid Analysis (TBA)
• Purchase Requisition
• Piping Material Specification (PMS)
• Valve Material Specification (VMS)
